For members of the Association and officers of affiliated clubs we hold the information you provided on your application for membership or affiliation and any further information you have provided to the Association.
This includes your image if you are a Life Member or if taken in the course of attending the Association or any of its events, which may in turn feature in promotional or publicity material in a range of media.
Your information will only be used in connection with London and Middlesex Rifle Association activities including the 100 Club, to administer your membership or to manage your order for our products and services such as accommodation, room bookings or corporate days, to comply with any legal requirements or to make you aware of other relevant activities and information associated with the sport of target shooting which the Association considers likely to be of interest or benefit to you or the Association. Additionally for investors in LMRA Trading Ltd your information will be used to administer your investment.
Our personal data retention periods follow statutory guidelines and best practice. We may retain your information for longer during your membership.
You have the right to request the amendment or removal of information about you (unless not privately held, for example, competition results or publicity media) unless doing so:
Please be aware that a request to remove certain of your personal data will be incompatible with our ability to provide a membership service to you. Consequently you would no longer be able to be a member of the London & Middlesex Rifle Association.

All emails sent by the system contain a tracking pixel. This is used to track whether each email has been opened by the recipient, and when.
